Friendly staff. Clean and modern rooms with lots of space.

Location is not convenient- in the middle of a highway and no nearby shopping centres or restaurants, have to catch taxis everywhere. Laundry service takes more than 24 hours and there's no nearby laundromats (the nearest one is a 20min taxi away). Minimal food or service in the hotel 'restaurant', you are better off eating somewhere else. No power points next to the beds- have to charge phones in obscure places.

Apartment style property which is great for families

As a family of five it is great to have an apartment with space for the children. Therefore, this was great. The location was about five miles away from the centre but this did not brother us as there were lost of shops and good restaurants nearby (this was located near the near part of the city).

Breakfast could be a bit better with hotter coffee and tea but otherwise ok. Not the biggest range but good enough.

The attention and help by the recepcionist Muraat, Khabil and Faisal gave us all kind of advises, options and help when we needed. Recepcionist very polite and very professional that made our stay in the hotel was perfect The facilities of the hotel very clean and confortable Very spacious room with two rooms inside and with a saloon and bathroom in everyone, a perfect suite

Maybe the distance to the downtown was a little long, overall in rush our, but at night only 15 minutes from the downtown in taxi

If I visit Amman again, I will be staying at Rawa Hotel.

Service was excellent. Staff was very courteous. Rooms were better than expected, especially for the price. Location was perfect with free parking. They accommodated every request without question and were very hospitable.

Breakfast was the same everyday.

The suite was spacious, which is hard to find. The staff were friendly, and tried to make our stay as pleasant as possible. They had a good breakfast area with a decent food variety. It was comfortable and quiet. I’ve enjoyed my stay overall.

The location wasn’t as I’d hoped, there’s nothing within walking distance. Lack of hotel facilities doesn’t help. Cleanliness is also not as the rating claims, it needs a bit of work. It’s not disgustingly dirty, however, not spotless clean either. I’m not going to deny how friendly the staff are, they actually went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant, yet they don’t always clean when asked. Also, for some reason, 10/14 nights that we’ve stayed, we had to go all the way down to reception to change our keycard because it was deactivated, and wouldn’t unlock the door to our suite. Yes, its not a big issue, but still annoying.

The junior suite had a balcony with an OK view. Helpful and polite staff. Room was comfortable and clean.

There was an incessant buzz in our room of the cars flying by on Queen Rania street. Location therefore a bit so so. It felt we paid too much for the value we ended up getting.
